What Rayern provides

Rayern offers educational content, estimate tools and a way to request quotes from independent installers. Rayern is not an installer, lender, utility, tax advisor or financial advisor.

Estimates are not quotes

Calculator results, savings figures, costs and state data are planning estimates based on averages and assumptions. Actual prices, production, savings and incentive eligibility depend on your home, utility, installer and applicable law, and may differ significantly.

Installers

Installers are independent businesses. Although we review installers before they join, we do not guarantee their work, pricing or conduct. Any contract you sign is between you and the installer. Review contracts carefully before signing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to access it without authorization, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The Rayern name, logo, illustrations, text and tools are owned by Rayern and protected by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayern is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rayern is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
