This policy explains what information Rayern ("we") collects when you use rayern.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.

Information you give us: when you request quotes or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, ZIP code, phone number (optional) and information about your home and energy use.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to keep the site secure and improve it.

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit a form.

How we use information

To prepare your project and match you with installers you approve; to reply to messages; to improve our tools and guides; and to meet legal obligations.

When we share information

We share project details only with installers you choose to connect with. We never sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers (for example, email and hosting) who may process data on our behalf under contract.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@rayern.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar local storage to make the site work. If we add analytics, we will use privacy-respecting settings and update this policy.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Rayern is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
